Uwe Barschel
Uwe Barschel was a prominent West German politician. From 1982 to 1987, he was also the minister-president of the German state of Schleswig-Holstein.
He was also charged with ordering his media advisor to spy on the Social Democratic Party of Germany’s top candidate for the next state elections so they could come up with false claims of evading tax payments.
However, Barschel resigned on October 2, 1987, and a couple of days later, he was found in his room, fully dressed, lying in a bathtub filled with water. Up to this day, no one knows the circumstances of his death.

Did the Jim Leslie killing happen in Shreveport, La. I remember something about that one. As for the Kennedy assignation, I believe it was a conspiracy of the CIA, Mafia or Lyndon Johnson behind it.
