6 Scenarios to Expect if Trump Gets Elected (and Imprisoned)

Crazy to believe, I know, but there’s currently no mention in the Constitution on how we should stop a current inmate of a state or federal penitentiary from running for or even winning the presidency.

The constitutional framers didn’t anticipate the possibility that the American electorate might make this type of choice, and so they did not think to account for this possibility either. That’s why we must now consider what would happen if Trump were to be both criminally convicted and elected president.

If Trump were cooling his heels in the big house when Inauguration Day arrived, he could easily be sworn in as president in his prison cell. That would be quite a show, don’t you think?

The presidential oath can be easily taken wherever the presidential designate is at the time. There’s no mention that the president can’t be a convict, even though the Department of Justice has insisted that a sitting president can’t be prosecuted. Here’s what to expect if the president-elect is behind bars in the weeks after the election:

    1. I hope you believe the Biden Crime Family should go to prison too? Biden doesn’t believe he can win fairly, so he uses democrat judges and prosecutors to help him win the election. That is really sad.
