6 Scenarios to Expect if Trump Gets Elected (and Imprisoned)

Without a doubt, some of these prosecutions were brought with the hope of knocking Trump off the ballot, or at least taking a toll on his candidacy.

In fact, some could even resemble more of a political Hail Mary than just a regular criminal prosecution. However, Trump faces a rather serious risk of conviction on at least some of these issues.

To briefly review, Trump is now charged with election interference in New York. The accusation implies that he conspired to steal the 2020 election in Georgia by mishandling national security documents and obstruction of justice in Florida, while also defrauding the federal government and obstructing a government proceeding in Washington, D.C.

The very first two of these cases were also brought in state courts under state law by prosecutors, while the other two were brought in federal courts under federal law by Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith.

Naturally, even if he were to be found guilty of a criminal charge in any of these cases, Trump could still be expected to file consecutive appeals to these convictions.

He would also probably be released in the meantime, which would further reduce the likelihood that he would be serving a criminal sentence at the time of the election or even Inauguration Day.

    1. I hope you believe the Biden Crime Family should go to prison too? Biden doesn’t believe he can win fairly, so he uses democrat judges and prosecutors to help him win the election. That is really sad.

  1. you must be Democrate. What a shame that you cannot be neutral. That really comes through with you article? It also seems you are very angry. It shows.
