The inconsistency of the information
One thing about the 2024 election is that the information people received was not that accurate, particularly around key issues like abortion rights and economic relief measures.
Kamala Harris made women’s reproductive rights a central focus of her campaign. On the other hand, Trump didn’t discuss this issue in his campaign. This message resonated more with his supporters. A lot of the news resources Republican fans consumed were not discussing the threat to abortion access or rights.
Another example of inconsistent information is about the way the stimulus relief bill passed during Trump’s first presidency was perceived. Initially, Trump didn’t want to pass the bill but he had to ultimately sign the law. In the end, people don’t care about it at all and what matters at the end of the day is that Trump gave them the checks.
