DALE MASSAD
Dale Massad was an experienced doctor who decided to give up on his license in 1992 after the death of a 3-year-old patient. However, in 2019, a SWAT team was dispatched to the home of Massad, who had been elected mayor of Port Richey, Florida.
They received a tip that the doctor was illegally practicing medicine. The law enforcement showed up at Massad’s home just before 5 a.m., and as the protocol dictates, they announced themselves, attempting to break the door. When they entered his home, Massad fired a gun twice.
Even if the shots didn’t hit anyone, he was charged with attempted murder. The incident occurred a couple of months after Massad was arrested for domestic violence. According to Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco, the arrest became bloody when SWAT officers heard Massad say, “He is lucky he isn’t dead.
