There is a constant stigma associated with sightings, which “silences” possible witnesses.

This time, they spotted it 60 miles away. Fravor also added that the technology he and his team witnessed simply defies logical explanation. He is positive that what he faced was far superior to anything else we’ve ever encountered. And there’s nothing we can do about it.
